The Emmett Technique is a gentle, safe and simple form of muscle release therapy. It is a complete therapy and has the ability to work in combination to compliment other treatments. The technique often allows other therapies to work more efficiently.

The Emmett Technique is used to address pain and discomfort and improve body movement, restore a positive emotional state and improve quality of life. It is applied to any medical condition or injury. Client comfort and accurate assessments are important elements of this therapy.

The technique involves the application of light finger pressure and gentle switches at specific locations on the body to effect change. The results are generally immediate even at the first treatment.
