Emma's on Liberty

Emma's is a family business which originally ran as a corner store for thirty years. Along with her son Anthony, they turned the business into their real passion "home-made Lebanese food", and Emma's was born.

Originating from Douma a beautiful ancient town situated in the hills of north-east Lebanon, Emma came to Australia with her husband to start a family and new life.

Emma's family recipes are made daily on the premises keeping old traditions alive. We still follow old methods and roast our eggplant on an open flame to make our babaganouge the smokiest in town.

The same group of Lebanese ladies have worked with us from when we first opened, and they still share the same enthusiasm and love for cooking.

Emma's is a small bustling little institution, that has stood the test of time and has gained a loyal following that we consider friends.
