Emily Verrocchi- Barry Plant Property Management

At just 18 years old Emily took on her first role in real estate – as a receptionist to be trained in property management. With a father and brother in real estate it was a natural career choice. Twelve years later, she is a highly successful senior Property Manager in charge of the Property Management Department at Barry Plant Frankston.

Emily’s extensive Property Management knowledge has been honed over years working in some of Melbourne’s busiest and diverse suburbs. “But when it comes down to it, the basics of excellent property management are service, service, service, systems, systems, systems.”

She is detail driven and ensures that rent payments, rent reviews, inspections and maintenance are a top priority. She also believes that it’s important to keep in regular contact with landlords and let them know what’s happening with their investment.

Property Management is a highly legislated sector and Emily is an expert in all the relevant legislation. She is always adding to her knowledge and attends regular training sessions.

When not working, she loves yoga as a way to wind down and enjoys spending time with her husband either going on bush walks or attending the wonderful variety of markets throughout the Mornington Peninsula.
