During my sessions, I focus on High Intensity Training to increase your heart rate and melt away even the most stubborn kilos. My clients seem to thoroughly enjoy my tough, military-type sessions incorporating many of the skills and exercises I learnt in my 5 years in the Australian Army.
My sessions are individually tailored to suit your goals and with persistence, there's no goal we can't reach!
