Emilie Fincher Yoga

Emilie was introduced to yoga through circus training when she was 16. After seeing first hand how a regularly practicing yoga can benefit the body and mind -both on and off the mat- she continued her practice with many different teachers. In early 2015, Emilie completed her 200 hour teacher training in the holy city of Vrindavan in India. Since then she has been traveling, studying and teaching in Thailand, Laos and India. Emilie has since returned toAustralia and completed a 50 hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Byron Yoga Centre. Emilie is passionate about instilling self-love in her students. She believes yoga can benefit everyone, whether it be by physically or mentally; yoga will help you where you need it.
