Emerald on the Lake

Emerald on the Lake is a 2 bedroom home which is perfectly suited to the travelling couple or small family. The main bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed, whilst the second bedroom features a single bed with a trundle.
Emerald on the Lake is ideally located within easy walking distance to public transport, restaurants and shops, and is an easy 5 minute stroll to the golf course. The golf course winds through the suburb and around the many lakes making a picturesque evening or morning walk.
Fully air-conditioned and with its own plunge pool, Emerald on the Lake is well equipped to escape the tropical heat. A gas barbecue is available outside for entertaining in the pleasant tropical back yard.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential items if you choose to cook at home. There is a coffee machine and plunger and limited supplies of tea, coffee pods and sugar. The laundry has a new front loader washing machine, as well as other basic essentials to improve your holiday stay. Quality linens have been used throughout to increase the comfort and luxury of the home.
We believe in environmental sustainability and have provided storage for recycling cans and bottles. Money raised from the cans and bottles of guests will support a local animal rescue group.
The house has a TV, DVD player and micro-stereo with Ipod dock for your music selection. There is also a range of DVD’s and a collection of board games for quiet nights in.
The owners have lived in this house for many years and believe we know what you need to make your holiday perfect. If we have missed something, we encourage feedback so that we can improve for future guests.
Emerald on the lake is available for short stays of 3 nights or more, and executive rental of 6 weeks or more. Out of respect to our neighbors, we will not accept bookings for more than 4 guests. We have a no-smoking policy inside the house, although ashtrays are provided externally.
Please note: Parents with very young children will need to consider that there is a lot of glass furniture including coffee tables and stands which could be a hazard.
