POLICE - will be present in the surrounding district / roads prior to the ball - so please don't drink and drive. We have been advised that brethos will be available on Sunday morning from 7am for a gold coin donation. There will be a police presence on the surrounding roads on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. They will target phones, drink driving, seat belts, drinking on the streets and camping on the streets - so be warned

Car Park Activities: Car Park frivolity will start around 3pm

Dress Code: Strictly Black Tie - NO DENIM, NO COSTUME, NO DRESS UPS - Yep, that means no cross dressing, no fairies, no nurses, no pyjama party. Lets lift our game and dress to impress. Guys must have a tie on. Chicks - Blouse with skirt or slacks or Dress. (if you are new to the B&S Ball scene check with your mates regarding dress code, or contact us, if your unsure)

CAMPING
There is limited shade in the car park and March is traditionally HOT!!, you are encouraged to bring shade shelters and sunscreen. Camping on site permitted and encouraged Saturday night only.

TOILETS / SHOWERS
Permanent toilets and showers available at the venue and portable toilets in the car park.

The Elmore Charity Ball Committee promotes the safe consumption of alcohol and reserves the right of refusal of entry and service of alcohol to intoxicated persons.
