Elliot has always had a passion for real estate, having purchased his first investment property at 18, he seen the potential property investment could give and the lifestyle it could help create.
Like many Darwinites, he came to visit for a holiday and 5 years later after falling in-love with the territory he is now proud to call Darwin home. Born and raised in the small country town of Broken Hill in NSW, Elliot sees the community values and mate ship he was raised with ever present in Darwin.
Elliot loves a challenge and believes anything is achievable with the right attitude and commitment. Having completed the Kokoda Trail in Papua New Guinea and Tough Mudder with his Kokoda trekking group he demonstrates even some of the greatest physical challenges are achievable with courage, Endurance and mateship.
After working to grow a Property Management department he is focusing his attention at sales and giving sellers the service and information they need in this challenging market. He understands that market knowledge is important and communicating it honestly is the best advice when selling or leasing.
Previously owning/operating his own small business at the Mindil Markets he understands all aspects of quality customer service and finds the greatest joy in hearing someone proudly tell their friends and family about their experience with him. In life and in a real estate he believes communication is the vital to success and strives to be upfront and approachable.
Strongly believing that trust and reliability should be the foundation of every relationship he strives to to uncover the motivation of both the buyer and the seller.
