Ellie's CRIB

Ellie's CRIB is a 49 sqm loft-type unit located on the 18th floor of Eton Parkview Greenbelt. It features high ceilings and large windows that offer a view of the Skyway and the southern part of the city. The unit can sleep up to a maximum of 4 persons, with the bedroom and bathroom located on the upper level, and the kitchen and lounge on the lower floor. There is an extra toilet/powder room on the lower floor for your convenience.

Eton Parkview Greenbelt is a mere 10-15 minute walk to the Ayala Museum and Greenbelt malls, where you can enjoy a wide variety of food, shopping, entertainment, and everything else Greenbelt has to offer.

The Asian Institute of Management, Makati Medical Center, Don Bosco church, and most business offices in the Makati CBD are within easy walking distance. Should you need to go farther, taxis are readily flagged down along Gamboa Street. During peak hours, we suggest queueing in a taxi rank located at the entrance of Greenbelt 1, a short walk from the building.

If nature is your thing, there are two leafy parks on your doorstep - Washington Sycip Park and Legaspi Park, where residents gather for daily (and nightly) walks. These parks also hold a farmers' market every weekend where you can buy organic produce and sample a variety of local and international cuisine.

Getting there:
Travel time from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport to Eton Parkview Greenbelt is approximately 30minutes by car, depending on traffic conditions. Travel time is shorter via Skyway but this route incurs a toll fee.

Laundry facilities are not available at the moment. We recommend Ahyi Laundry located along Gamboa St. in Greenbelt 1. Other nearby laundry shops are located along Amorsolo St. going towards Don Bosco church. Phone numbers available on request.

Parking: There is limited street parking available along Gamboa Street.
Eton Parkview rents out parking spaces on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. Rates available upon request from the administration office.

Bedding Configuration: Queen bed (can sleep 2 persons). A folding mattress is available to accommodate an additional 2 persons (additional costs apply).

Check in requirements:
For security and verification purposes, a valid photo ID (plus a photocopy) must be presented to the Front Desk upon check in.

We require a security deposit before checking in. This fee is refundable within 48hrs of check out provided no incidental charges occur.

Check out time is 10:00 am
Early check-in/late check-out may be accommodated subject to availability (additional costs apply)
