Ellamatta Lamb has been raised ethically. There are no hormones, antibiotics used on our animals. We don’t apply artificial fertilizers and are GM free. All Ellamatta Lambs are stress free, treated with care and respect.

We naturally and ethically raise Dorper lambs, meat sheep designed to meet the harsh Australian environment. Well managed Dorpers have minimal environmental impact, but are big on meat and flavour.
