Welcome to ella.K.ama – Hand Stamped Jewellery and Keepsakes.

All items are one of a kind, hand stamped by myself. There will be variations in spacing, depth and alignment of letters/design stamps, which is part of the charm of a hand stamped piece of jewellery.

How to Order
Please send order to email address ellaKama@dodo.com.au or private message via Facebook or phone Kelly Dok 0417 064 824 between 5-8pm week days and 9-5pm weekends.

How Long Will it Take to Receive Your Order
May take up to 3 weeks. If you have a specific deadline, please advise when ordering and I will try to accommodate you. If an item is out of stock or I am waiting for parts I will advise you. During busy times ie Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Valentine’s Day it may take longer, therefore you are advised to order well in advance.

Cost
The prices of jewellery and keepsakes are displayed next to their photos in the album section. For an extra cost, you are able to add more birthstones, crystals or pearls to your pendant.

How to Pay For Your Order
Full payment is required before your order can be commenced. Payments will be accepted via Paypal address snapaholicsaustralia@yahoo.com.au or Bank Transfer.

Postage Costs
For Australian customers, postage and handling is a flat rate of $5.00. Orders will be wrapped in bubble wrap and sent by registered mail.
For International customers, please email for postage costs.

Refunds and Exchanges
We endeavour to maintain the highest quality of standards. However due to the personalised nature of your purchase, we are unable to exchange or refund. If we have made a spelling mistake or some other error, we will rectify the error asap. Please take the time to ensure you provide your stamping requirements accurately when placing your order.

Products Used
Pendants include Sterling Silver and Swarovski Crystals/Pearls. Spoons are made of Stainless Steel. Chains provided are Silver (not Sterling) or leather.

Cleaning Pendants
Over time it is inevitable that jewellery will tarnish, due to the oxidization and moisture from the air, as well as perfume, deodorant, hairspray etc. With all pendants, a cleaning pad will be provided.

Design Modification or Requests
If you have a certain design in mind and unable to find it in the albums, please let us know and we might be able to accommodate your request.
