Elizabeth Valley Yoga offers a modern, air conditioned, well equipped studio located on 8 hectares of natural bush land in the Elizabeth Valley, Noonamah.

At Elizabeth Valley Yoga you’ll get fit, flexible and strong.

We offer classes taught in the Iyengar tradition.

Students will be guided through a structured sequence of postures (asanas) and breathe control (pranayama) designed to develop flexibility, strength, and improve general wellbeing. Students lacking flexibility will be aided by the use of various pieces of equipment known as props.

Kelvin Dargan is a certified Iyengar yoga instructor and remedial Masseur that offers deep tissue massages that are designed to sooth tired bodies and give a lasting feeling of tranquility and relaxation.
