Train at your home, at the local park, by yourself or with friends.
Receive individual exercise programs relevant to your goals, age and lifestyle, including full week planning. This means after your session you won’t be left to figure the rest out by yourself; you’ll be shown exactly how to stretch and recover. You will have a hardcopy program to refer to about what to do on the days you don’t train, how much rest you need and when you should be taking it.
You also receive a free nutritional consultation and body composition assessment at the beginning of
your journey and throughout your time with us!
During your training you will have a large variety in exercises and progressive challenge to achieve your fitness goals and maintain your interest and motivation for exercise.

We have a broad range of appointment times before, during and after business hours. Training sessions are offered in 1 hour, 45 or 30 minute time slots. We believe in the more you train the less you pay philosophy!!
