Element Jiu Jitsu-Barossa

Experience the journey of Jiu Jitsu now at Element Jiu Jitsu - Barossa.

We have 54 square metres of rolling space on 40mm thick mats for ultimate safety.

Our training sessions are run off of a strict curriculum guided by our HQ Element Jiu Jitsu - Adelaide, which enables us to progress at a high standard under head coach Ash Sinclair.

Jiu Jitsu is not only an awesome way to stay fit, it also creates the opportunity to experience camaraderie and team spirit as well as personal accolades .

We are always looking for new students aged 14 and above to come and experience the journey of Jiu Jitsu with us.

This is no regular Martial Art. This is an addiction!
