Indian food has earned bad press for being spicy, oily and generally an indulgence. However, traditional Indian food has been consumed for over 5000 years and now by over 1.2 billion people worldwide each day! Certainly so many people couldn’t have it so wrong for so long!!
EIS' vision for the classes:
• To teach how easy it actually is for singles, seniors and the time-challenged… One pot meals, simple recipes that can cook multiple dishes.
• To show value for money in cooking Indian.
• To show health benefits of cooking Indian.
• To show how valuable it is to know Indian cooking if you are vegetarian, have food allergies and / or are a coeliac.
• To share recipes, experiences, stories and a laugh…
