Effective Results

My name is Robyn. I am married with three gorgeous children, living in Numurkah and work for myself.
After I hit the milestone of reaching 40, I began to wonder how fit and healthy am I going to be when I retire ? didn't look to promising :(

After many years of trying weight loss programs, joining the gym, trying to eat differently and achieving zip, I eventually gave up trying to loose my baby belly and flab around my thighs and but. Plus the fact that I was also completely over people telling me it's just your age and you had kids. My husband and family were also the same and just said your fine the way you are. This just wasn't going to cut it any more. I needed to change as so I could be happy, healthy, able to move freely and enjoy life with my family.

I was actually not having issues with weight, it was more so the flabby belly, fat deposits and lack of energy that I wanted to deal with. Trying to tone up became impossible. Coaching a Netball Team for 3 years was another challenge for me physically when it shouldn't have been. My life had to change for me to be happy again.

I was introduced to Isagenix in November last year when I was having a melt down at gym. Yes I was hesitant at the start thinking yes it is just another one of those gimmicks. I maintain healthy choices in food. I still enjoy my occasional social drink and nibbles of a weekend and still catch up for coffees with friends. So you do not need to change everything in your life, you just need to replace the bad with the good.
