TYPE OF SERVICES WE OFFER

Various property maintenance works, such as:

* Fences and gates repairs;

* Damaged kerbs and garden beds;

* Pavers and tiles repairs, relay/reseal or replacement;

* Downpipes and minor stormwater issues;

* External wall fascias replacements (damaged or rotten elements);

* Concrete grinding;

* Safety anti slip linemarking;

* Installation of handrails;

* Minor damages (not structural) to the building walls, fences, etc;

* Various works to comply with the recommendations of the Safety or Building Reports.

ORDER SIZE

Generally the order size is from $200 and up to a $3,300 incl. GST max (per single works order).
