Edifice Design is a firm of registered architects based in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, Maroubra, which offers full architectural services to the residential building market.

Edifice’s clients range from those wanting a new home design, to busy families wanting a lifestyle change with an alteration or addition. Lately there has been an increase in demand for architectural designs for duplexes, semi-detatched houses, granny flats and dual occupancies.

Our other significant specialty is serving property developers. Navigating council processes can be complex, and Edifice Design can provide a roadmap for building project success from feasibility studies, to working with Design Review Panels and SEPP 65, to council approval.
