Edge Ahead

GROUP SESSION TIMES
Edge Ahead Group sessions will be held at Miami & Burleigh heads.
Summer sessions and times are as follows
Monday's 6-7 am - Recovery Run
Tuesday 5.30-6.30 pm - Track Session
Wednesday 5.30-6.30 pm - Tempo Run
Saturday 6-7 am- Hill session
For the person new to running, already a recreational runner or even a competitive runner, looking to improve your fitness, confidence or speed are all welcome to come along to any of the Edge Ahead weekly group sessions.
