We ALL want & deserve CHOICE! Even us PERTHIANS! (First Perth. then the World!) So, for those who care about what they eat, are vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, grain free, paleo, sugar free, raw, juice fasting ...the choices become even more limited out there for nourishing DELICIOUS FOOD & DRINKS that you can actually feel good about saying yes to...right? (Especially when you are on-the-go!) For OMNIVOROUS peeps, this is our way to share our passion with food and wellness to give YOU more options around what you eat too. We will surprise you with TASTE. Food is about pleasure too, right!

Things have gotten complicated, over processed. Too much FAKE in our FOOD....but these days we need food on the run - easy take away options that we don't have to think about the ingredients, or whether we can eat it, or if we should feed it to our children for fear of it making them hyperactive, fat, pumped full of GMO/chemicals or it be just plain unhealthy....

Choose REAL food. ON THE GO, or CHILL out & hang with us in our cafe to enjoy that COLD PRESSED JUICE, smoothie, fair trade QUALITY tasty coffee (yes with options of homemade nut milk of choice), a small well chosen menu that ensures FRESH & FASTER service from people who are PASSIONATE about what they do and what we stand for...and educated in food ingredients.

Local produce, organic wherever possible, and ethically sourced being our focus & desire. Mason jars of wholesome, yummy breakfast options to go, plus noodle soup with crisp vegie options in a jar, & salads to get your mind warped over how to create that flavour....as well as raw treats, and certainly baked goods designed with the chocoholic/sweet tooth in mind...who won't even REALIZE what they are eating is SO COMPLETELY HEALTHY for them...(and yes we can make those guilt-free cupcakes for that birthday party!)

The best thing is...if we are supported the way we hope to be, this will become a world wide franchise run by people who really care about health, tasty food, awesome service & vibe, and those who have designed their business model to give back. Yes...we are all about choice. We actually want to give back to those who don't have the choices that some of us do, those that may just need to be shown a way to their own empowerment and that they are worth it...so they too can make a change and inspire others towards a better future of empowerment too.
