Capabilities
Ebenezer Employment and Training Pty Ltd (EET) is a leading training organization for plant equipment training for the Mining and Civil industries. EET is not an RTO but works in association with several RTO’s with the scope to provide National Units of competencies and Qualifications in these industries.
We can provide training and assessment for people requiring Mining inductions, Mining Competencies or full Qualifications, Civil Plant Operator Competencies as well as Verification of Competencies’ (VOC). We can also offer Recognised Prior learning (RPL) from the following packages.
• RII30112 Certificate III in Surface Extraction
• RII20209 Certificate II in Surface Extraction
• RII30809 Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations
• RISA Standard 11 mining induction
The Construction White Cards will be offered in the near future
Ebenezer Employment and Training is not a registered training organization (RTO). EET works in association with registered training organizations’ below to deliver Nationally Accredited training from the latest Civil and Mining training packages.

The respective RTO will issue the statement of Attainment to students that have met all requirements for the course they have undertaken.
EET offers training in two locations:
• Bundamba, Office Training Room for mining inductions
• Ti Tree, Willowbank for plant and equipment training
Our Ti Tree, Willowbank site is a de-registered Coal Mine that is now a working landfill facility giving trainees a hand on opportunity to operate equipment in a working environment.
