East Gippsland Teams Triathlon

The East Gippsland Teams Triathlon takes place on the beautiful foreshore of Paynesville, which is makes the perfect setting for a teams triathlon.

The idea of the Teams Triathlon is you form a team of three athletes, either work, school or club mates. Each team mate does all three legs of the triathlon in a relay format. Each team mate completes a 300mtr swim, 7km bike ride and 2km run before handing over to their next team member with the third member finishing down the finishers chute.
