Earth Mother Birth Doula: Mothering the Mother during pregnancy, Birth & Beyond ~ Hi my name is Carol, I am a mother of 3 grown children and blessed with 6 grandchildren , I am very passionate about my role as a doula, helping to support Mothers-to-be into the 'rite of passage' into Motherhood.

I'm also a qualified Yoga Teacher ~ Prenatal Yoga, Massage Therapist ~ Pregnancy Massage, Ayurvedic Massage, Ayurvedic Practitioner & Life Coach ~ for pregnancy nutrition. LoveWorks Tantra Coach, Fertility Massage Therapist

Currently studying in BellydanceBirth ~ Mindful Movements to Awaken Birth Wisdom. I love being active & always updating myself with knowledge and wisdom with workshops/training's to inspire, encourage women of all ages.

Birth is the rite of passage into MotherHood , childbirth preparation have been reduced to medical orientation. A woman's experience in birth and the outcome of her birth is influenced by vast web of influences. We only see the fraction of the threads that make up the fabric of birth.
I believe birth outcome is largely determined by "prenatal care", we know that we cannot control the outcome of birth, but within every woman they have the womb wisdom to birth. As somewhere deep inside every woman is a deep knowing, even if its barley conscious, that giving birth is a multi-layered, *mystery!.

As a doula, I can help you, bring your deepest intentions, with encouragement & support, to help you move into a space within , to be flexible, to open you, to ground you & enrich you in ways that you cannot imagine. Bringing connection and understanding as you move through each transition within pregnancy & birth , in modern expression of life's most profound experience, beginning with how we prepare to give birth.


As a doula I can help you achieve this, I have been trained to look after you both emotionally & physically, during pregnancy, labour & birthing. To empower you to negotiate the best care for you and your baby. Providing support, reassurance and encouragement for what care is available, prenatal education, the stages of labour, conquering your fear of labour & birthing , the magic of hormones during birth plus wonderful, inspiring wisdom and understanding that can bring to the experience of giving birth.
