My aim is to help women achieve excellent health and high vitality by identifying what their biologically-unique body requires to heal and function at a high level. When my clients are eating the right diet and taking the appropriate supplements for their individual requirements, their health problems are generally resolved and their energy levels increase significantly.

My clinical focus is in mental health and women’s health, particularly depression, anxiety, natural hormonal balance, chronic fatigue, digestive health, autoimmune disorders (SLE, Hashimoto's, etc), chronic candida and genetic polymorphisms (MTHFR, Pyroluria).

I strive to help women achieve optimum health and high vitality and live extraordinary lives.

I also provide professional counselling for those that are seeking a more balanced, contented life and I always aim to help clients reach their full potential with their health & wellbeing and in their relationships, career and other aspects of their life.

I am also the author of 'Are Your Hormones Driving You Mad?' which is designed to help people identify the underlying cause(s) of their hormonal symptoms and endocrine system problems and resolve them with the correct diet and nutrient and herbal supplements.
