herbs are organic - pesticide free and grown at home
all sauces are made fresh and on-site
all takeaway packaging is bio-degradable / compostable including coffee cups
all of our pizza bases are organic including gluten free bases
the earth chicken schnitzel is marinated fresh chicken breast and crumbed to order
our garbage bags are biodegradable
many of our vegetables are sourced directly from the farms/farmers themselves
we at earth use home-grown native bushfoods in many of our dishes
