Too often we get focused on how much or how fast, not how well. On what our friends, or that other person at the gym, is doing.

But we can’t get focused on comparing ourselves to others. We can’t let quantity be the ONLY metric that defines us, there is so much more. We can’t keep beating ourselves up when we don't achieve the workout we want or that we saw on Facebook or Instagram.

We need to realise each of our journeys to being strong, confident, healthy and happy will be unique!

That is why Earn The Right was created.

I’m Jason Dick and I wanted to create a training environment that focused on quality, not just on how fast or how many. We know better quality = stronger, leaner & a more enjoyable journey.

Because we are all constantly a work in progress. And each day is a chance to grow stronger, fitter and happier!
