My name is Jackie Sukkar,
I love personal training, the people I meet and the relationships I build. Having been a professional trainer for nearly 30yrs, to me its more than the physical results. It's about guiding people along the path to bettering themselves and helping them start the journey.

I love what I do and I am passionate about improving the lives of clients I meet through health and fitness. I have a positive and proven approach to personal training based on years of results and I am flexible in how I service my clients.

I specialise in injury recovery, weight loss & toning, pre and post natal training and have clients ranging from 16-75 years young.

I have won the national personal trainers of the year award on three occasions for a major Queensland gym. I am dedicated to continuing to grow as a personal trainer with my clients.
