Dynamic Balance Pilates is a private boutique studio on Beach Rd Mentone with uninterrupted views of Port Phillip Bay. We have small classes that are by appointment only. Using state of the art equipment.

Melinda has been teaching Pilates for the last twelve years. Eight of those years were running Dynamic Balance Pilates on the Gold Coast where it gained the reputation as the go to rehabilitation studio on the Gold Coast for injuries, surgery and pregnancy.

Family forced an interstate move back to Melbourne where Melinda has been growing her young family and now teaches in her home studio.

Melinda enjoys great satisfaction out of teaching people movement re-education whether from an injury or general life wear and tear. Pregnancy and post natal are recently a personal experience for Melinda as are the ailments associated with this time and a newfound understanding.

Watching clients become internally empowered with new found abilities through strength, flexibility and coordination is especially rewarding to Melinda.
