Dyer's Bakery

Dyer's Bakery makes small-batch wood-oven sourdough breads, tasty pastries, soups, salads and other delights.

The process is simple: each week we come up with a limited menu based around three or more wood oven breads, a vegetarian soup, and at least one sweet.

On Wednesday morning we put up the menu, you choose what you like and order from us on Wednesday and Thursday while Chef-Dylan cooks and bakes up a storm.
On Friday, anytime between 12:30-7pm, you drop by our house in Blackwood and collect your food. Then you see if you can make it home without eating your pastries before you get there.

You can also find our stall at the Organic Corner Store in North Glenelg on Thursday mornings, and at the Adelaide Hills Farmers' Market on Saturday mornings.
