Gas heating gives a warm cosy feel throughout the whole house when it is chilly outside. Well located with the shop,sports field and beaches a short walk away everyone will be happy.



For indoor entertainment there is Austar TV,games,books,DVDs,music & magazines. For outdoors there is a fire pit, hammock, banana lounges, beach umbrella,ball games and a large undercover play area. Little extras include dishwashing & washing machine powder and for personal care a hair dryer.

A phone is connected for your convenience for local and incoming calls.
