Premiering in Caulfield right by the park, our vision for Drumstick & Co is to multiply across the Melbourne suburbs, spreading our signature salads, free range roast chickens and tasty sides to the communities which make our city as diverse as the flavours of our food.

Our free range chickens are slowly marinated for 24 hours before being roasted fresh. Enjoy our difference – our unique roasting technique ensures the succulence of each part of the chicken while still achieving the perfect crisp. Try our flavours!
