Situated on a 230 acre working property in the beautiful Southern Highlands of NSW, the Homestead offers 5 bedrooms, plus study, open plan living and a fully equipped kitchen with European appliances. Features include an indoor fireplace, in slab heating throughout the house as well as an outdoor fireplace situated in the covered courtyard. The home has a casual dining area in the kitchen, a formal lounge area and TV room.

Ideal stay for exploring the Highlands, family get togethers, catch up with friends or if attending weddings at such locations as Summerlees, Peppers, Montrose Berry Farm or Eling Forest Winery in Sutton Forest or weddings held in the villages of Berrima and Exeter. Taxis and hire car services available from property.

The Property

The property runs Angus Cattle and Wiltipol Sheep. There are also 3 Alpacas that run with the sheep and are used as herd protectors in the lambing months at springtime.
The cattle are calving in the July/ August months and it is not unusual to wake up to a new calf in the morning.

Managers are on the property if more interaction with the animals is what you are after otherwise the Homestead is situated far enough away with its own entrance to ensure a quiet, relaxing stay. The Homestead yard is fully fenced.

Located 5 minutes to the Sutton Forest township, 10 minutes to Moss Vale, Exeter and Berrima and 20 minutes from Bowral.
