I have been working as a massage therapist for the past 11 years.. Primarily trained in Huna massage a Polynesian form of Massage that uses long flowing strokes and under body techniques to further relax the body... Hot Stone massage was primarily part of our training as you can find this form of massage in many Ancient Cultures.. along the way my journey took me to Remedial and Trigger Point Therapy which i suppose could be defined as Lomi Lomi as well... I find all the modalities work beautifully together to form a nice relaxing, nurturing and healing massage..
