Skills Testing and Training - Expert DraftStar coaches will test your ability in field kicking, hand-passing, goal kicking and decision making. Your performance in each skill area will be recorded as a mark out of 10. Experienced coaches, including present-day and past AFL players, will pass on valuable techniques to help you improve in all of these areas.

Fitness Testing and Training - In order to assess your athleticism, the DraftStar camps will test your speed, agility, endurance, strength and power. Your performances will be scientifically measured and entered on your web page on the DraftStar website, allowing you to compare yourself with young athletes around Australia.

Character Testing and Training - Since character is the first thing modern-day AFL recruiters look for in their draftees, the DraftStar camps will highlight values such as discipline, teamwork leadership. You will also recieve professional advice on goal-setting as well as valuable tips on how to make your goals achievable.

Nutrition, Health, and Well-Being - As part of a holisitc approach to athlete education, DraftStar camps will set you on a path to healthy eating, allowing your body to take in the fuel it needs for high performance levels. Fun and friendship are important for overall health and well-being, so theya re key features of all DraftStar Camps.
