Mr.Nageswararao (Nagesh) came from Hyderabad and completed his Bachelor of Science (Bsc) in 1998 from his home town, then he turned his career into Culinary Industry and completed his Hospitality Management in 2000 in Hyderabad.
Worked as a cook for one year in Taj Group of hotels, Hyderabad, then got a job opportunity from Dubai Inter Continental Hotels in 2001, worked as a Chef in various sections, preparing multi cuisines food till 2007.
Came to Melbourne in 2007, and opened a small take away shop in West footscray Barkly Street (which he left in 2010). He then introduced a wide range of dosas more than 200 - , _Idly, vada and Hyderabadi Biryani, there were no one serving authentic dosas and dum - biryani in the west at that time .He then planned to set up a fine dining restaurant and opened Hyderabad Inn in February 2011, which is run and fully owned by Mr. Nageswarao (Nagesh) Relangi. Since our inception in 2011, Hyderabad Inn has accumulated a strong loyal following, attracting Footscray locals and visitors with a selection of traditional Indian cuisine.
Hyderabad Inn specialises in Authentic North, South Indian, Indo-Chinese and World famous Hyderabadi dum ka biryani
Now Hyderabad Inn plans to set up small outlet at Williams landing due to customer’s feedback.
