I started Archery in 1979 with Taroona archers

I started coaching from mid 1980's with Taroona Archers. In 1993, I received my Coach Level 1 qualification.

In 2002 after several courses, I qualified as an RGB Coach(at the time Level 2 Coach).

I am one of 2 only 2 RGB coaches in Tasmania. The other is my wife Donna.

I have also been an Archery Australia Official (Judge)since 1992. Although I have not been doing much Judging of late.

I was an integral part of the organising committee for the 1995 Hobart Nationals.

I also volunteered for and worked as Field of Play Marshalling Supervisor for the Sydney 2000 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

After 30 Years with Taroona Archers(Now Hobart Archers) as a long standing member and Club Secretary for approximately 15 years, I left and started a new club called ArroGone Archers Inc. which is where I am today.
