Our state of the art studio is fully equipped with cutting edge Clinical Pilates equipment. Designed and developed in Australia by Physiotherapists, the Clinical Reformer and Trapeze Table are key components of the Clinical Pilates System.

Our spacious facilities also incorporate physiotherapy and massage treatment rooms group class facilities, male ansd female change rooms, lockers, toilets and shower amenities.

Public Transport
Train: Catch the Frankston, Dandenong, Pakenham and Sandringham lines to South Yarra Station.
Tram: Tram 8 Moreland to Toorak and get off at stop 30.
