Dita's Aunt, Tante Lotti, immigrated to Australia during World War II. This recipe is derived from her desire to taste her foods from childhood. Tante Lotti perfected the recipe and produced it for family and friends. Later, the heavily guarded recipe was handed to Dita to continue to produce for family
and friends. Due to such a demand and with permission from Tante Lotti, the mustard has now been made for general public to taste and enjoy.
The mustard is mild in nature and can
be enjoyed with various meals.
Dita's favourite way to eat the mustard is with vienna sausages and in potato salad.
