DISCOVER BODY AND MIND
A sequence of poses guided by the breath.
(yoga and pilates influenced)

DISCOVER BODY BLITZ
A high energy total body work out. a great fat burner.

DISCOVER BODY CIRCUIT
A series of exercise stations designed to
give a total body workout. improves strength,
endurance, and aerobic capacity.

DISCOVER PILATES
A 45 minute class will run, focusing on flexibility, abdominal muscles, lower back as well as hips and buttocks - all the major stabilizing muscles of your body. We will work towards balanced musclular strength on both sides of your body. Pilates will enhance your breathing, correct posture and we focus on exercises that will develop a strong "core".

* The initial consultation begins with a pre-
screening and lifestyle appraisal followed by a
fitness assessment that will look at BMI,
flexibility, endurance, posture, cardiovascular
performance, strength and nutritional goals.
* From the information gathered a
program is developed that is unique,
enjoyable, challenging, effective, and specific
to your needs.
* Session times are structured to accommodate
your budget.
* Sessions will be taken at the PAC, Cecil St,
NIMBIN with access to glorious natural setting
of the great outdoors.
* Sessions are on a one to one basis or in small
groups of up to three.
