Disciples of Jesus Young Adults

The Disciples of Jesus Covenant Community is a Catholic Charismatic community that began in October 1979 and currently has branches in Denpasar (Bali), Canberra, Cairns, Sydney (3), Melbourne, Perth (3), Adelaide, Hobart, Darwin, Wollongong, Manila (Philippines), and Port Moresby and Mount Hagan in PNG. The Community is a body of families, singles and religious who have come together under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, to live a common life of prayer, sharing and service. Our ministry and wide mission outreach of evangelism is well known throughout Australia and in many other countries. Organisations such as Youth Mission Team Australia, Acts 2 College of Mission and Evangelisation, 24/7 youth ministry, All for Life Life for All, The Missionaries of God’s Love (Religious Order), among many others, are all works of the wider body of the Community.

By the grace of God and power of His Holy Spirit, Perth Disciples of Jesus has over 60 young adults aged 18-35. Together we hope to provide avenues for God to REACH, RESTORE and RISE UP the young people of this generation. Our outreaches aim to invite people into our way of life, form lasting relationships with one another and ultimately encounter Christ and the transforming power of His Holy Spirit.
