The National Disability Insurance Scheme is bringing many unpredictable forces to play – new players, disruptive models, uncertain and rapidly changing regulatory requirements, new technologies and a fledgling market place. All this combines with consumers beginning to take the reins of decision making about their choice of goods and services. The NDIS environment is thus an extremely complex context in which to do business.
Regardless of how successful you have been in the past, this new terrain is likely to require a vastly different leadership approach.
