ModCon ARCHITECTURE will provide a boutique service offering selected clients the extensive experience of our directors and senior personnel in the design and development of commercial, hospitality, mixed use residential, retirement and aged care, transport, health and interior design projects.

In addition to providing innovative and excellent design solutions to meet the project’s requirements as part of our architectural services, ModCon ARCHITECTURE are particularly focused on delivering economically sustainable project outcomes and provide development management services to our clients.

As our name suggests, we will bring our experience in conventional construction as well as MMC (Modern Methods of Construction) to inform the design of all our projects to help reduce construction cost, improve quality and generally enhance development outcomes.
