Hey, my name is Jessica but please call me Jess!

I believe that being a parent is THE greatest responsibility that we can have and that a child is THE most amazing gift and miracle that we can receive as human beings. They are just so adorable and completely captivating! And when they smile it melts my heart. I have to say though, I love my little man and am so grateful for all the joys of being a mummy, but the best thing about being a newborn photographer is the fact that I get to have a cuddle of so many beautiful babies and I get to just give them back to you! :P

And yes, I’m a newborn photographer, but older babies and toddlers are pretty cute too! I do maternity and family shoots as well.

*I studied photography from 2008-2010

*I have a beautiful family – my hubby, our son, and our cheeky husky Ziggy

*I started my own photography business in 2010, which changed names a couple of times and then in Feb 2017 it became “Jessica Perera Photography” (which I’m finally happy with because…. well it’s Me)

*Completed online course "Baby Safety and Posing for Newborn Photographers" by Kelly Brown

*I love God and always do my best to show His love to everyone I meet

*I am currently completing my Diploma of photography and am continuously growing my knowledge and skills via mentoring and online learning
