Delizioso means delicious in Italian... This is the inspiration behind opening Delizioso on Oxford. Delicious ingredients sourced both locally and from interstate coupled with unique wines from Italy, Australia and New Zealand brings this Italian meaning to life in Bulimba.

Nick Dempster is the passion behind Delizioso, after years of working with Gianni Gregini including managing Gusto da Gianni at Portside; Nick has now ventured out to create his own dining experience within the popular restaurant scene in Bulimba. Supported by business partner Dominic Dodemont and surrounded by an experienced team including Sheena McRuvie our head chef, Delizioso will make its own delicious mark on the local restaurant scene.

Delizioso will feature a mixture of Italian favourites along with new and innovative dishes to keep the interest of local's taste buds, served by exceptionally friendly staff in a casual dining environment – this is the vision Nick & Dominic has in mind while opening their first restaurant in trendy Bulimba.
