De-Luxe on the Murray

De-Luxe on the Murray is a large fully furnished luxury townhouse with an absolute waterfront view. Located on the corner of the Murray River and Deep Creek Marina, it is a fun, yet tranquil location for your next holiday or short break.

This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom property sleeps 10 people, more on application. It has a large galley kitchen with quality stainless steel smeg appliances and a dining table which seats 8.

The Lounge room is equipped with a 52 inch flatscreen television and DVD player with beautiful comfy leather couches for you and your guests to relax on. The lounge area also contains a gas log fire to set the mood on chillier nights.

The large glass fronted rumpus room contains a pool table and vintage arcade game. It has 3 sofas and contains the ever important separate beer fridge!

The wrap around balcony contains an 8 seater signature outdoor spa (drained and cleaned before each and every booking and pre heated for your arrival) which is ideal for both day and night use. The balcony area is also equipped with a barbeque and an 8 seater square table, and of course, sun lounges so you can lay back and enjoy the view.

The house is fronted by a large lawn area, and is within easy walking distance to the gorgeous communal swimming pool and tennis court. It is also walking distance to the Deep Creek Marina hotel. The public boat ramp is easily accessible from the house and speed boats can be moored directly in front of the house on the community land.

There is undercover parking for 2 vehicles plus exterior parking for an additional 2 vehicles. Additional parking is available at the overflow carpark a short walking distance from the house. Vehicles must not be parked on lawns.

This house is fully equipped with luxury linen, indoor and outdoor towels and all the crockery and cutlery you need. All you need to do is sit back, relax and enjoy the luxury experience that is De-Luxe on the Murray.

De-Luxe is approximately 1.2 hours from Bendigo.
De-Luxe is approximately 2.5 hours from Melbourne.

Moama, NSW is a gorgeous river town with plenty to see and do. With the gorgeous Perricoota wine district right at your door step, gorgeous eateries, paddle boats and historic Port of Echuca only a short distance away you will not be short of activities. For the golfers, we are on the same road as the Rich River Golf Resort and finally, for the more adrenaline filled stay, bring your speed boat and carve it up on one of Australia’s best rivers, the Murray- the home of the mighty Southern 80.
