He founded DCG Australia because of his passion in helping others pursue their dreams and goals whether that be a business, not-for-profit organisation, local community or at a personal level. He works with leaders to further develop their organisational goals and to build collaborative teams that can execute.

Scott believes that tailoring solutions, communications, and experiences for leaders, customers, and employees based on behavioural insights will propel companies ahead in our highly interactive and competitive landscape.

Over many years Scott has engaged with people, businesses and organisations in Australia as well as in developing nations such as Vanuatu, Cambodia and Sri Lanka.
