Dawson Building Services is a family owned and run business, based at Somersby NSW.

A second generation Builder, Michael Dawson, owns and runs Dawson Building Services.

Unlike most Builders, Michael works onsite to ensure project efficiency and quality standards are maintained throughout the whole job.

With over 30 years experience, specialising in the construction of customised new homes, extensions, and complete home renovations in and around the Sydney & Central Coast areas.

Being based at Somersby is a great location to enable prompt service to our Central Coast & Sydney clients.

Dawson Building Services has a broad experience on not only conventional home building but also in the construction and design of projects using natural stone, recycled timbers and log constructions.

Most importantly to Dawson Building Services is that being a family business, quality service and customer satisfaction are an important and high priority to us.
