Darryl's Den

Darryl’s Den is an all inclusive community studio that provides a range services and activities to children and adults with disabilities ranging from art and craft, specialised massage, gym and Tai Chi.
We are run by dedicated volunteers and specialist teachers endeavouring to support the physical and mental health of our clients. We are committed to providing a sense of community, opportunities to be productive, encouragement towards self-development and specialised physical support services.
Our art & craft classes offers disable school leavers and older members of the community to make and sell their items encouraging independence and productivity.
In particular our massage service provides babies and young children with special needs very much need therapeutic massage. Friday Massage Clinics allow clients to book a massage free of charge with CIT training students and qualified staff.
Our qualified gym instructors design and tailor programs for the individual fitness goals of our clients. Flexibility, strength and mobility are extremely important areas of focus. And Friday finishes the week with a calm relaxing class of Tai Chi.
