Darling Street Meats represents your true local, family butcher. Our products are all grass fed, organic and made on site by credible and passionate butchers.

Resident and chief butcher, Chris and his team, whose friendly and chatty style suits Rozelle down to the ground, are happy to cut, trim or prepare to your requirements. It’s a wonderful place to shop for one or a family. The shop has three huge counters; filled with meat, poultry and sausages, a selection of cured and cooked produce as well a growing selection of stocks, soups and homemade take-home meals.

We even have ‘dog parking’ outside for customers to leave their canine friends whilst they pop in for a chat, or pick up bacon for breakfast and a roast for Sunday lunch – maybe a bone too if their furry companion is lucky.
