Danny King Legal is a boutique law firm based in Sydney CBD which specialises in employment law advice and representation.

Danny King is the principal of the firm, formerly of Herbert Smith Freehills, and started the firm in 2011. Danny is also an employment law lecturer at the UNSW Faculty of Law, a member of the Employment Law Committee of the NSW Law Society, and a Duty Solicitor for the Fair Work Commission.

Danny is joined by solicitors Jackie Natsopolis, Kevin Yee, and Antonina Pilat, as well as a band of merry paralegals who make life more fun.

Services cater exclusively to employees, employers and HR professionals. DKL offers two broad range of services - the "Paperwork" and "Representation".

"Paperwork" covers a wide range of drafting/analysis including:

- Modern Award and wage analysis
- Enterprise Agreements and Individual Flexibility Agreements
- Redundancy/termination documentation (letters of demand, deeds of release, consultation agendas)
- Litigation documentation (drafting and filing statements of claim, unfair dismissal applications and general protections claims)
- Employer risk reduction documentation (policies and handbooks)

"Representation" covers the litigious side of employment law, including:

- Unfair dismissal and adverse action claims
- Workplace incident/WHS/Insurance claims
- Harassment, discrimination and bullying claims
- Negotiation (e.g. contract terms, bonus schemes, commissions, restraints, redundancies and termination payments)
- Breach of contract claims (such as Intellectual Property, Confidential Information or restraint of trade breaches)
